Total quality health care that guarantees patient’s satisfaction
The hospital offers training to its teeming professionals through attending review courses, seminars and conferences based on stipulated guidelines. They are paid their full salary, full transportation to and from the place of course and full night allowance applicable in Government service to their staff grade. Clinical attachment of Residents to other sister institutions in Nigeria is also considered for Residents in areas where the hospital is deficient. Overseas training assistance is also occasionally offered to Resident doctors. While on such approved overseas training, the hospital only pays their salary in local currencies.
