Health tips:
1. Staff at various work points should use chairs with back rest and ensure the back is in straight position while
working or lifting things.
2. Staff should endeavour to stand up from the sitting position
and briefly move around intermittently.
3. Community policing of fellow staff to ensure they do not bend
their back while sitting or lifting things.
